This place answers
most of the questions related to monthly payment by Credit Card or Online
Checks (direct debit from checking account, US customers only) or Wire/Bank
Transfers.
Q1. Do I have to
pay for the full month if I place my order other than at the begining
of the month?
Answer: No. Your payment period begins on the day you purchase
your BookShop package. If you order on the 10th day of the month, your
next payment will be due after a month (30 days). So you can place your
order any day of the month and you DO NOT lose anything.
Q2. What if I decide
to cancel my Account?
Answer: You can cancel your Account anytime you want by sending an
E-Mail to our Sales Team with your Account Details and you will not be
billed any more.
Q3. Is your payment
system secure?
Answer: Yes. Our online monthly payments securely handled by either
us or an authorised agency.
Q4. Do I have to
use your online payment system each month to pay for my search engine
account?
Answer: No. You submit necessary details once only (when you order
your engine for the first time). After that your Credit Card (or Checking
account if you choose to pay from your checking account) will be billed
every 30 days until you continue to use our service.
Q5. Can I order
a BestSeller BookShop if I am not resident in the USA?
Answer: Yes. Anyone from any country can order a BestSeller BookShop
by using a Credit Card or other suitable payment method.
Q6. Can I pay by
any other method?
Answer: Yes. You can also pay by Bank/Wire transfer if you are not
in a position to use a Credit/Debit card.
