These restrictions only apply if you assign your own 'html Template'. Template is a HTML page designed by you with your own HTML headers, footers, images and links, which is used to generate the ultimate design of your VSE result pages. You are free to assign your own 'html Template' if you want to customize the entire Result Page with your own site-design.

By the way, your VSE comes as READY to Search (with a default Template installed) and you will be able to use your VSE as it is. If you are happy with the default Template and NEVER assign your own, you do not need to worry about the following restrictions at all.

1. You have a descent looking web site and with useful content or service.

2. Your web site is not overloaded with lots of bizzare ads, banners or annoying elements.

1. In order to maintain the quality of service, CurryGuide reserves the right to review 'Conditions of Service' at any time and that may or may not apply to existing account holders.
2. Your site does NOT contain any anti-social, anti-government, illegal, abusive or provocative material. IT IS SOLELY THE SITE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE CONTENT/SERVICES, QUALITY, AUTHENTICITY, LEGALITY, LAYOUT, DESIGN AND COPYRIGHT OF THE ENTIRE SITE WHICH ALSO INCLUDE THE CONTENTS OF TEMPLATES OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION SAVED, HOSTED OR GENERATED ON OUR SERVERS.
3. All personal information about account holder (Name, Accountname, E-Mail, Business and Position) will remain confidential and CurryGuide will NOT use them as a marketing/mailing vehicle for third party promotions.
4. Under NO circumstances CurryGuide will be held liable for any service interruptions (unlikely) due to situations beyond control, any network errors/difficulties or ANY other kind of losses, fines, court actions, damages directly or indirectly related to this free service.
