Feature Addons
1. Zoning ( Zone
Support ) Addon
This addon lets you create result output in zones. You can create a zone by assign any engine-module to it. Results fetched by that engine-module will be generated as a separate output block similar to the main (usual) metasearch result output block.
There are 2 types of zoning: 'Zone' and 'Top-Zone'.
'Zone' outputs are shown as a separate HTML block. You can customize each zone individually: Link HTML, how many results to show, Heading Label, Title length, Description length etc.
You can set use multiple Zones on any speciality-search option (web, mp3, news, image etc.).'Top-Zone' is a special type of zoning where results from the engine-module associated with the 'Top-Zone' are shown as part of the usual metasearch results; BUT at the very top (beginning).
You can control how many results from the Top-Zone should be shown, Link-HTML, Title length, Description length etc. There can be only 1 (one) Top-Zone on any speciality-search option (web, mp3, news, image etc.).You can assign and customize Zones for each speciality-search (web, mp3, news, image etc.) individually.
You can switch on/off any zone any time. When a zone is switched to 'off', the engine-module associated with that Zone automatically starts working as an ordinary engine-module and helps generate usual metasearch results.

2. Family-Filter (Safe Search):
With this addon your 'Advanced MetaSearch Engine' can additionally work in a safe searching mode. If selected, restricted keywords will be barred (internally) from the internal query used to fetch results from remote sites (engine-modules). It works in both 'open' and 'safe' modes depending on selected option.
You can change/modify the default keyword restriction criteria by updating the list of restricted keywords.

3. Advanced Search Extension (Standard version)
This extension adds Advanced Search support to your metasearch engine.
Price: $99 US Dollars.

4. Preference Setting Extension (Standard version)
This extension adds preference setting option to your Advanced Metasearch Engine.

5. Intermediary Promotion Addon
This addon lets you show additional banners (or any HTML code-block) between the dynamically generated results.
Banners (or any HTML code-block) can be shown in the middle of the results or after every 'N' number of results where 'N' can be any unsigned integer number greater than 0. (example: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc.). You also have the option to switch it off/on any time.
Can be customized for each speciality-search individually.
Examples include a nice tabled format for displaying the banner in an impressive way.
Built-in support for: dynamically changing background-color, random number generation, filtered and original keywords suitable for keyword based link/banner applications, dynamic link generation with current keywords etc.

6. Dynamic Search Status Extension (Standard version)

8. Framed Redirection Addon
On-Click sites/links will open in a framed window layout with your own, customized site Header, usually seen on popular sites. You can put banners, link to your sites/pages, Search Again Hot-Link etc. This helps generate additional banners in a nicely formatted Header, bring the visitor back to your site if the chosen resource is not quite appropriate, initiate the search again etc. A tricky but elegant way to help the visitor find the best resources while keeping him/her within your site for a longer period of time.
Built-in support for: random number generation, filtered and original keywords suitable for keyword based link/banner applications, dynamic link generation with current keywords etc.

9. Live-Search (Engine-Select) Addon
With this you can add Selectable Engine interface with live search status generation. By default Advanced MetaSearch Engine maintains a standard pre-selected interface/layout where visitors cannot choose individual engines. This add-on supports a number of professional features: live search progress status, automatic engine-table generation (with sorting criteria and layout customization), stepping-search, customizable search-reporting etc.

10. Translation Redirect Extension
With this extension you can create translate redirection links with each result. Translation Redirect links will send the clicked-on site to Altavista Babelfish document translation with preset target language settings.
