Technical Support

Technical Support is free to all Virtual Search Engine (VSE) packages including Free Engines. The best way to contact Technical Support is to use the built-in 'Technical-Support' button in your Administration Area. Contacting this way ensures a faster response. Please consult the Confirmation Letter you received (while sign-up/ordering) for details on how to contact the VSE Technical Support Team directly.

Technical Support works 24 hours a day during week days. Limited support is also available during weekends to deal with queries on the basis of priority/urgency.
