Standard Technical-Support comes free with Auto Suggest package which Includes: 6 months e-mail support (extendable) on installation and relevant service related issues from the date of delivery.

- Standard technical support is based on a reasonable and fair use policy.

- Includes essential version upgrade releases with in the same major version series.

Please note, that the following services are not covered by standard technical support.

- Re-installation, upgrade installation, server migration services are not covered by standard technical support. These are additional services and can be ordered any time.

- Site design, customization or scripting or other issues not directly linked to to auto-suggest service.
